- Orders are shipped Monday - Friday out of our store in Cambridge, Ontario.
- Shipment rates depend on order size and weights. Rates are calculated automatically by Canada Post. The following shipping methods are currently available:
- Canada Post Expedited (1-7 business days)
- Canada Post Xpresspost (1-3 business days)
- Canada Post Priority (1-3 business days)
- Currently, we are only shipping to Canada & USA.
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
- After your order is placed online, we will email you to confirm your order. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed to be notified that your package is on the way.
How to Shop:
1. Find your products!
Add all the items you'd like to purchase to your cart then click "Pick up in Store".
2. Fill in the required info
After clicking the "Pick up in Store" button, be sure to fill in all of the required information, then press "Check Out" below.
3. Complete your order
When you complete your order you’ll then receive a confirmation email that the order has been processed, followed by a “Ready for Pick up” email when your order's ready for you to pick up.
How to Pick up:
Wait for your "Ready to Pick up" email
You should receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order online. (If you order shortly before store closing or after store hours, it may take more than 2 hours to receive this email.) Please don’t head to the store before you receive this email, as your order may not be ready quite yet.
Head to the Store:
Head to the front desk and show the employee your "Ready to Pick up" email.
