Valley Feeds Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something’s not right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

🛍️ In-Store Returns

• Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original packaging, in sellable condition, and accompanied by a receipt.
• Returns after 14 days will be accepted up to 30 days for store credit only, if the product is still in sellable condition with packaging.
• Loyalty rewards earned on refunded purchases will be reversed.

📦 Shipped Orders

• If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping within the 14-day period.
• If you're simply not satisfied, we’ll gladly provide a return shipping label for items under 50 lbs (customer is responsible for any initial shipping charges).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• All agricultural feeds and supplements are final sale. Once they leave our premises, they cannot return for safety and biosecurity reasons.
• Live poultry is non-returnable unless you receive direct approval from Freys Hatchery.
• If you suspect there is an issue with your feed or supplement, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and support you.
